Having tasted the Kachava meal replacement shake, I have to say that they really put some time and effort into the taste! My mom has the vanilla kind ( it comes in 5 different flavors) and she drinks it almost everyday, especially when she forgets to eat or is not all that hungry. Hibiscus tea is one of my favorite teas to brew! when I learned that it is packed full of vitamin C, I started to drink more of it. Then I started researching other vitamins and supplements that can compliment hibiscus and made a nutrient and antioxidant rich tea packed with immune-strengthening properties.  Combining hibiscus tea with additional immune-boosting elements like beetroot powder, echinacea, passionflower extract powder, and sea moss powder creates a powerhouse concoction against sickness. Together, these additions amplify hibiscus tea's natural immunity benefits, creating a potent elixir to combat illness and fortify the body's defenses. Each time that I got sick (which had been a few times) or felt a little under the weather, I made this and started feeling better in no time. It is also a great drink that I make with my meals. I add a little bit of lime juice and Voila! I have a tasty healthy tea to drink with my dinner! It also helps to get get your circadian rhythm back in order.
